The resumes of candidates applying for our open positions are reviewed according to the position criteria, and suitable candidates are invited to an interview by the Human Resources department. After the interview, candidates who are considered suitable are invited to a second interview with department managers. If the candidate is found positive in terms of professional knowledge and experience by the department managers, the recruitment process is completed with a job offer made by our Human Resources unit.
