The sensitivity will disappear within 1-2 days and painkillers can be used if necessary. Avoid excessively hot and cold beverages for the first two days.<\/li>\n<li>Especially on the first day, all kinds of colouring foods and beverages such as cigarettes, tea, coffee, soda, turnip, red, wine, cherry, tomato paste and such should be avoided.<\/li>\n<li>After the procedure, the patient can continue their routine brushing and flossing.<\/li>\n<li>The effect of whitening can be seen for a long time in the patient who does not consume cigarette, tea or coffee. Patients who do not act accordingly may have negative returns.
