Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>About Our Quality Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>At Doku Clinic, quality is a shared responsibility embraced by everyone involved in our service processes.<br \/>\nOur goal is to design, implement, monitor, and continually improve every procedure in line with our <strong>mission, vision, objectives, and national and international standards<\/strong> \u2014 ensuring the highest levels of <strong>service quality, patient and employee safety, and satisfaction<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Quality Management Department<\/strong> operates independently and reports directly to the <strong>Board of Directors<\/strong>, as defined in the organizational chart.<br \/>\nAll reports and studies prepared by the Quality Management Department are first submitted to the Board of Directors within a vertical hierarchical structure.<\/p>\n<p>All other departments participate equally within the <strong>Quality Management System<\/strong>, with assigned <strong>Quality Representatives<\/strong> in each department who work in coordination with the Quality Manager.<br \/>\nThese representatives play an active role in the implementation and sustainability of the quality system.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout all processes, the following committees and teams operate actively:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Quality Management Committee<\/li>\n<li>Occupational Health and Safety Board (OHS)<\/li>\n<li>Risk Management Team<\/li>\n<li>Internal Audit Team<\/li>\n<li>Facility Tour Team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Healthcare Quality Standards<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our institution complies with the \u201c<strong>Regulation on the Development and Evaluation of Quality in Healthcare<\/strong>\u201d and the <strong>Healthcare Quality Standards (HQS) Medical Center Set<\/strong>, published by the Turkish Ministry of Health\u2019s Directorate of Healthcare Quality and Accreditation.<br \/>\nWe are responsible for making the necessary arrangements and implementing improvement activities as required by these standards.<\/p>\n<p>Doku Clinic has been certified with <strong>ISO 9001<\/strong> \u2014 an achievement that significantly contributes to the development of our internal quality culture.<br \/>\nExternal audits are conducted annually by authorized certification bodies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The <strong>ISO 9001<\/strong> standard, developed by the <strong>International Organization for Standardization (ISO)<\/strong>, provides an international framework that helps institutions meet patient expectations and continuously improve service quality.<br \/>\nDoku Clinic received its <strong>ISO 9001:2015 certification<\/strong> on <strong>June 22, 2022<\/strong>, and continues to undergo regular external audits every year to maintain compliance and excellence.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ISO 27001:2022 Information Security Management System Certification<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The <strong>ISO 27001<\/strong> standard ensures that organizations protect confidential information, identify and manage risks related to information security, and continuously improve their data protection systems.<br \/>\nDoku Clinic obtained the <strong>ISO 27001:2022 certification<\/strong> on <strong>March 11, 2025<\/strong>, and is audited annually by authorized institutions under this framework.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Adverse Event Reporting System<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At Doku Clinic, we operate a structured <strong>Adverse Event Reporting System<\/strong> to manage incidents or near-misses that may pose risks to patient or employee safety.<br \/>\nThe system is designed to protect employee confidentiality and to allow secure, transparent reporting.<br \/>\nAll incidents are reviewed through <strong>root cause analysis<\/strong>, and appropriate <strong>corrective and preventive actions<\/strong> are planned and implemented.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Indicator Management System<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We utilize an <strong>Indicator Management System<\/strong> to monitor, evaluate, and improve departmental performance.<br \/>\nIndicators are tracked in accordance with the <strong>Indicator Management Guidelines<\/strong> published by the Ministry of Health.<br \/>\nData analyses are reviewed regularly, and when necessary, <strong>Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)<\/strong> are initiated to ensure continuous improvement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Self-Evaluations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Quality Management Department appoints a <strong>Self-Evaluation Team<\/strong> and develops an annual self-assessment plan in accordance with established standards.<br \/>\nIn cases where nonconformities or improvement opportunities are identified, <strong>Corrective and Preventive Actions<\/strong> are coordinated with department heads and senior management to ensure effective resolution.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Facility Rounds<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Regular <strong>Facility Rounds<\/strong> are conducted under the coordination of the <strong>Occupational Health and Safety Specialist<\/strong> and the <strong>Facility Tour Team<\/strong> to ensure that our physical environment and technical infrastructure remain safe, accessible, and suitable for patients, visitors, and staff.<br \/>\nIdentified nonconformities are addressed promptly, and improvement actions are documented and monitored.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Training Programs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In line with our quality improvement objectives, Doku Clinic ensures that all employees receive comprehensive and effective training.<br \/>\nAn <strong>Annual Training Plan<\/strong> is prepared by the <strong>Human Resources Department<\/strong>, based on institutional standards, departmental needs, and employee feedback.<br \/>\nTrainings are conducted regularly in our on-site conference hall, and all sessions are evaluated for effectiveness.<br \/>\nExternal training programs are also planned and tracked by the Human Resources Department.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Drills and Emergency Preparedness<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Emergency plans and procedures have been developed to address potential disasters or emergencies.<br \/>\nRegular <strong>emergency drills and training sessions<\/strong> are organized throughout the year under the coordination of
